last day of school 2005

and so it ended yesterday. school life as a secondary three student that is. i'm not sure if i'm glad or if i'm unhappy about it though. hur. it's been a rocky year. ups and downs. lotsa changes. but i think it couldn't have been any better when i was given such a wonderful class.

anyhow. i think the last day of school was by far the weirdest day ever. specifically the school invasion thing. power 98 people came and invaded. they brought along two very noisy bands. no, not hairbands, wristbands, but ~~music~~ noise bands. i almost went deaf in there. i think people went mad. waving toilet roll and pompoms and attempting to pull down the guy's pants. this is what happens when you're in a premier school under the very great raffles programme. indeed. students get so stressed they lose their minds. teachers get so stressed they ALSO lose their minds. can be seen from their clearly inappropriate choice of post eoy activities. (not to forget the famous sitting-in-clc-watching-garfield-cartoons episode)

bleagh richard didn't win champs this yr. heard we missed by a few pts only. sigh. i don't mean to be negative or anything, if i'm being anything it's realistic, but i seriously think that the richardson winning streak is over. unless we can get house spirit to be as good as buckle's. i attribute this loss to frequent change of house advisors, shortage of super swimmers and super runners, and lack of house spirit. perhaps, just perhaps, it's time to give others a chance.

oh yeah. on the subject of champ house. i saw the trophy and it's so ... tarnished. i feel like using brasso to clean it up! really. very very tarnished. can't even see the engravings anymore. haha maybe it's supp to represent richard's fading strength. lol. anw, i think buckle deserved champs. not being anti-richard here, but then their hse spirit is just soooo strong. they were last after swim carn and sports fest. caught up during inter house games. isn't that fantastic? they all deserve a trophy. ahahha. which they got. their hse comm is also very organised. i see the slips that appear in our class trays for buckleans. and i just go- whoa. actually i'm not sure why they didn't get BOH. but nvm. okay enough of me sounding like i'm a bucklean! THE BRIGHTEST AND STRONGEST FLAMES ARE ALWAYS BLUE!
